The graveside funeral service was held on Friday, May 14th, 2021 at 3:00 pm at the Congregation Beth El Cemetery.
Rabbi Lynn Goldstein officiated.

Kathryn (Kathy) COHEN (AH), nee Nagy
It is with great sorrow, that we announce the passing of our family matriarch, on May 12, 2021. Predeceased by the love of her life, husband of 49 years, Morrey Cohen (A”H). Loving mother of Douglas and the late Mark Atherton, Precious, and the only sibling of Mary Barnoscky. Amazing grandma to Megan Liedtke Goegebeur (Dane), Jonathon Liedtke, Nathan, Jayson, Colin, and Dwayne. Great-grandmother to Aiden, Trenton, Ryett, and Emilia. Dear and special friend to Jan Grose. Devoted Aunt to Ilona, Schentag (Paul) Mary Ann Wahby (Allen), and Patti (Alain) Blondin. Beloved friend and stepmom to Sheryl Davies and caring mother-in-law to John Liedtke.
Kathy lived a full and kind life, always putting others first. She carried herself with poise, grace, and a smile on her face. She loved opera, theatre, visits with family, and she was famous for her awesome cooking and baking, a skill she did with love and shared with many.
A private funeral was held on Friday with immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Kidney Foundation or Hospice Windsor.
